How best to use a Lip Liner

There are 2 procedures you can use to beautifully line your lips:

Procedure 1: Use lip liner to make your lip shading last.

Step 1: Apply establishment or concealer to the lip first to soak the lip liner's shading.

Step 2: Completely fill in the mouth with lip liner to make a base for your lip shading; this assists with shading life span.

Step 3: Lightly mix the outside edge of the mouth utilizing a lip brush. This will keep any sort of division between the lipstick and liner once that is connected.

Step 4: Apply lipstick. (If any lipstick got away from the normal lines of your mouth, wipe it with a brush that has been spotted in concealer.)

Procedure 2: Use lip liner as outskirt control for velvety lipsticks.

Step 1: Lay down the lip shading to begin with, straight from the tube or with a brush.

Step 2: Trace the external edge of your regular lip line with the pencil to make an outskirt that won't give the lipstick a chance to bleed out.

Step 3: Blend in the liner and lipstick together with a brush for a characteristic, "lived in" completion.
