How to regrow bald hair with viable follicles

The best thing to promote hair growth is:
1. Massage the scalp daily
2. Drink 2 liters of water daily

3. Eat healthily
4. Start eating right by having a protein rich diet that includes a lot of vitamin rich foods. Add fish to your diet. If this is not possible then leafy green vegetables and soy that is not overcooked is also a good alternative.
5. Take hair-growth vitamin supplements such as Hairfinity
6. Discontinue wearing tight or restrictive caps or hats
7. Reduce stress
8. Exercise more
9. Discontinue smoking or other harmful habits
10. Get a haircut that is shorter, which will camouflage bald spots
At least twice a week, massage your hair with warm olive oil and leave it overnight. After that, rub half a lime into your scalp before you wash your hair the next morning. This will ensure healthy hair and a clean scalp. Application of oil encourages good hair growth and lime will clean the skin from deep within. Alternately, you can also use almond or coconut oil. At least twice a week, leave the oil in your scalp for a whole day and night. You can also make a simple rinse of fenugreek seeds soaked in water overnight and massage this water into your scalp the next day before you wash your hair. This is an excellent remedy to stop hair loss at once.
To prevent hair breakage, you will need to use a combination of products to rebuild hair strength as well as to maintain moisture levels. Hair strength comes from protein. Hair loses protein during chemical treatments and heat styling. You need to use protein treatments to replenish this lost protein to keep your hair strong. Essentious Rejuvenate is a protein treatment designed to do just this. It is a natural hair product free of mineral oil, petroleum, sulfates, parabens, and silicons.

To reduce hair breakage, you should also:
  1. Use moisture treatments such as Essentious Hydrate to keep hair from becoming dry and breaking.
  2. Wear hair in protective styles such as buns and French twists to reduce breakage at the ends.
  3. Use a wide tooth comb.
  4. Sleep on a satin pillowcase or wrap hair with a satin scarf at night.
